1. Clunie HS Café – setting up a new café within a school.
2. Party Galore – a growing party accessory business looking to make changes.
3. Clunie Palace – a fictitious historic castle planning a Halloween event.
4. Garden Centre – a garden centre planning for the Christmas season.
5. Burns Supper – a school organising a Burns Supper event.
6. Ski Trip – a school running a ski trip to France.
7. Window Cleaning – a young entrepreneur setting up a window cleaning business.
8. Noodle Bar – an established business re-launching their business.
