Description
This pack starts with tasks where ordinary and preference share dividends are calculated based on the value of equity and directors’ note to the accounts. This is followed by short tasks to calculate debenture interest, depreciation of assets and also the increase/decrease in provision for bad debts. Following on from these tasks, there are several tasks where the income statement is to be completed from a trial balance and notes. There are a further 8 tasks where both the income statement and statement of financial position are to be completed and “balanced”.
**All tasks are on a spreadsheet – one resource has help by way of headings, shading to indicate where data is to be inserted and formulas already in, the other has the questions but is otherwise a blank worksheet. Solutions are included also**
